Returns Policy

At Skin Scalp Clinic, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to return any products within 14 days of placing your order, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

If, unfortunately, your product(s) arrive damaged or faulty, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items, and we will offer solutions such as repair, replacement, refund, or a reduction in price.

Report any faulty or damaged products to contact@skinscalpclinic.com. When reaching out, kindly include photographs or videos of the issue to assist our Customer Care team in providing the best possible assistance.

Return Guidelines:

Whether it's within the 14-day cooling-off period or due to a fault or damage, ensure that all products are returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

For faulty or damaged products, Skin Scalp Clinic will facilitate the return free of charge. In case of a refund, we will reimburse the monetary value of the goods, along with the delivery charges you incurred during your order.

Refund Details:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, Paypal) and may take 2-5 days, depending on your bank. If a gift card was used, any refund will be credited back to the gift card until the total value is reached.

If the product is without fault, the customer is responsible for the safe return of goods via a postal or courier service. The return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. For refund situations, we will reimburse the monetary value of the goods, excluding the original delivery charges.

Returns Address:

Upon reporting the return, we will provide you with the specific returns address to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Include your order number and name with all returned items to expedite processing at our warehouse.
